Everything I’ve written above outlines the official aspects of my work and workflow. Beyond these formal lines, I believe that innovation and design are joyful professions rather than just jobs for earning a living. Since I truly enjoy creating and designing new things, I consider design as the joy of creation.

I seek work that brings both joy and growth—for the company as well as for myself. A typical job may make machines run for money, but when a person genuinely enjoys their work, there are no time limits or constraints. This often results in more productive outcomes, not only for the company but also for the team involved. Ultimately, this leads to better financial growth.

Time is the boundary for everything. I equally value spending time with my family. After all, I work hard to keep them happy, and that is why I give high importance to family as well.

Over the years, I’ve realized that intermittent bursts of logical and creative thinking often yield better results than long and exhaustive overnight work on a project.

I believe in human-centric design over merely human-attractive design. Human-centric design considers psychology, physical well-being, and mental health, whereas designs focused only on selling appeal often ignore long-term impacts on people, potentially leading to future human challenges.

                 
                                        Automation and Robotics are changing this world, but also a negative effect on humankind. We see robots are compared with humans which is why the robotic design is making negative effects on humans’ life; reducing physical work, thinking process, reducing in mind activities, few like this. AI is growing nowadays much faster and this could help mankind, we can do more works on AI not only by programming and also by thinking and working on the physical construction of the ROBOT.
                                         Team lead may not be a master of everything but one must know how to process and distribute the load and know the team strength to deliver the project on time, with the desired solution. I had been worked as a team lead of size from 5 to 12. 
                               Furniture, Home appliances, Packaging design all these products can be atomized and can be controlled. I worked in all the above fields too. I believe in BHARATH’s ancient books, Vedas and Puranas explain about humans’ body, life and very advanced science and technology, till, now the science did not reach that level of advancement.  

Toy Design is the joyful profession, when I got to work on this I need to learn child psychology, child ergonomics and motor skill development. Working on toy design for child's development gave me more experience on joy-fullness. I had to learn for Channapatna toys makers and STEM concepts.  
                     I am interested in design which can give joy to human being and which will keep the humans active through out their life. I have applied for patents that are in the testing phase and some need clarifications.
