Corporate Sanitizer Dispenser and Body Temperature Measurement
Introduction
In these days of Corona pandemic, everyone is looking to be safe from others and also make sure about our own cleanliness. It has become necessary to keep the working place cleaned everyday, keep social distancing and clean our hands clean. In all these it has become primary necessity to clean our hands and know our body temperature. For the reason to clean hands from sanitizer and know the temperature, here a design I am proposing for the corporate offices.
How it Works
The Kiosk is designed to to be placed at the places where the entrance of all the employee’s through Automatic Gate Machine (AGM), when they pass through the AGM then the SafeYou KIOSK is placed. At SafeYou KIOSK the entered person has to place his hand facing his palm to upwards. When the person places his hand in the passage, the KIOSK measures the body temperature of the person which is done by Non-Contact InfraRed Thermometer (NCIT), which points on to the wrist, then it sprays the sanitizer onto his palm.
About the Product
This Product is made up of Sheet metal and is compact in size as compare to other tall sanitizer dispensers and decent shape to be placed near by the AGM’s. This KISOK can also be made using Acrylic sheets. This Device will do two functions on one go, which means once the person places his hand at the passage for collecting sanitizer it measures the body temperature, displays on the screen (If the temperature is 36 to 37.5 degree Centigrade or below it will be green and if it is more than 37.5 Degree’s it will buzz the alarm and display will be in red color with temperature) and sprays out the sanitizer. It will take at least 3 to 4 Seconds to do this function. It has Sanitizer level indicator also, which will show the amount of sanitizer in the tank. This Product has sanitizer sprayer and body temperature measuring device both sides of the body as shown in the picture, this design is done by considering Automatic Gate Machine. This will give an advantage of having two machine functions in one KIOSK, reducing number of devices to be purchased and installed for each person
